John Krenicki Jr.
John Krenicki Jr., 60, joined the board of directors in June 2018. He is vice chairman at the private-equity investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC (CD&R) and is chairman of four privately held entities controlled or jointly controlled by CD&R. Previously, Krenicki built a 29-year career at General Electric Co., where he served as vice chairman as well as president and CEO of GE Energy, among other executive positions. He has a master’s degree in management from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut. He also is a member of the National Petroleum Council.
