John Krenicki Jr.
John Krenicki Jr., 60, joined the board of directors in June 2018. He is vice chairman at the private-equity investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC (CD&R) and is chairman of three privately held entities controlled or jointly controlled by CD&R. With respect to public company boards, Krenicki is currently lead director of Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. and serves as chairman of the nominating and corporate governance committee and executive committee and as a member of the compensation committee. Previously, Krenicki built a 29-year career at General Electric Co., where he served as vice chairman as well as president and CEO of GE Energy, among other executive positions. He has a master’s degree in management from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut. He also is a member of the National Petroleum Council.
