Engineering

As a new grad Devon engineer, you will have the opportunity to participate in a rotational training and development program. The program will provide you with the tools and resources necessary to excel in your career. The standard rotational assignments include operations (both office & field), reservoir and drilling. We also offer fast-track drilling opportunities to those desiring to begin their careers as drilling engineers.

In addition to the program training, Devon offers a variety of personal development courses to aid you in your career.

Geosciences

As a new grad geoscientist at Devon, you will have the opportunity to participate in an approximately three-year rotational training and development program. The program will provide you with the tools and resources necessary to help you gain proficiency and confidence in your career.

Land

As a new graduate joining Devon's Emerging Professionals Program as a landman, you have the opportunity to be part of an accelerated educational program designed to actively engage you in an environment conducive to learning and mentoring. Your experiences may include an assignment in different areas within the same division or an assignment in different regions of other divisions within Devon.

This growth opportunity will span two years and has been specifically designed for Emerging Professionals entering the workforce as a landman with a degree in energy management, petroleum land management, business or a related field and less than two years professional experience. The program will provide you with experiential opportunities in a variety of geographic areas - all designed to introduce you to various aspects of the land profession.
