Devon Energy’s JMO program is designed to help military members transition into the civilian workforce while fully using the skills they have acquired while serving our nation. During this transition, JMOs will complete a fast-paced, 12-month, field and office rotational training program that allows them a unique opportunity to learn multiple facets of oil and gas exploration and production operations. Following the rotational training period, each engineer’s final placement is in Devon’s 50-story Oklahoma City headquarters. Just like the military, your job training does not stop. Devon offers our JMOs ongoing technical training and career development to help build the energy leaders of tomorrow.

• Degree in chemical, mechanical or petroleum engineering

• Minimum of 3.0 undergrad GPA

• Excellent service record, leadership experience and evaluation reports
