Devon invests in youth and education, culture, the environment and emergency response. Devon supports these activities through monetary donations, in-kind items and/or fundraising efforts.
In addition, employees throughout North America can be found volunteering their time outside of work for worthy causes or organizations in their communities. Devon encourages volunteerism on a company level through many fundraising events throughout the year as well as on an individual basis. The company established an Employee Volunteer Grant Program in which eligible employees who are active in a qualified, non-profit organization can request a donation for that organization
