David A. Hager

Hager, 52,
holds the position of executive vice president – Exploration and Production, and has been with the company since March 2009. From 2007 until joining the company, Hager served as a member of the board of directors. From 1999 to 2006, Hager was employed by Kerr-McGee Corp., serving in various capacities, most recently as chief operating officer. Hager has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Purdue University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
