Brockman, 51, holds the position of Vice President, Corporate Governance and Secretary, and has been with Devon since March 2010. Prior to joining Devon, Brockman spent the last 29 years with OGE Energy Corporation, most recently serving as Vice President of Administration and Corporate Secretary. Brockman is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s Degree in Management. She is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals.
