White, 52, holds the position of Senior Vice President – Investor Relations. Prior to joining Devon in 1993, he served as Controller of Arch Petroleum Inc. and was an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick (now KPMG LLP). White is a Certified Public Accountant, and he is a member of the Petroleum Investor Relations Association and the National Investor Relations Institute. He received his Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
