Reynolds, 48, holds the position of Senior Vice President – Strategic Planning.  Before joining Devon in 2003, Reynolds served as Senior Vice President, International and Gulf of Mexico Operations for Ocean Energy Inc.  Prior to joining Ocean, Reynolds spent 10 years with Burlington Resources where he served in a variety of operational and management positions.  Previously, he was Operations Staff Superintendent for Mobil Oil in Houston.  Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Masters of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston.  He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
